Call for Papers

ICOM, the International Conference on Optics-photonics, Optoelectronics and Measurement, is organized and hosted by China Jiliang University, co-organized by Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics (Chinese Academy of Science), National Institute of Metrology, China, Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology & Engineering (Chinese Academy of Science), Soochow University, and other reputational research institutions and companies. ICOM series meetings aim at the top international platform for presenting the latest scientific and technological innovations in the fields of optics & photonics, optoelectronics and measurement, instrument. The meeting serves to foster communications between top researchers, and successful entrepreneur in these fields, as well as cooperation between researchers and companies. The Conference Proceedings (full paper) will be published on EI-indexed journals.

Abstract and full paper submission

Abstract should be written according to the attached template within 2 pages, and submitted via e-mail. In the submission e-mail, the mobile phone or telephone of the corresponding author and the first author, the type of presentation (invited talk, oral talk, poster) should be provided. The notification of acceptance will be given in 7 working days. By acceptance of the abstract, the full paper can be submitted to the same e-mail address.
